1. License grant
Subject to these terms, the publisher grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game for personal entertainment on supported devices tied to a valid entitlement.
2. Restrictions
You may not commercially redistribute the game, bypass access controls, operate unauthorized servers, create or distribute cheats, or reverse engineer except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Updates and online components
The game may receive patches, balance changes, compatibility updates, and content revisions. Online features may require current software, a network connection, and third-party platform accounts.
4. Mods and user creations
If modding tools are offered, separate modding terms may apply. Mods must not include malware, stolen content, cheating functions, or unlawful material.
5. Ownership
The game, code, art, audio, trademarks, and related materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. The license does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
6. Termination
The license ends if you materially breach the EULA. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
