By accessing the services you agree to these Terms and the EULA where it applies. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account.
3. License and acceptable use
The service is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not cheat, exploit, disrupt servers, impersonate others, automate abusive activity, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, or use the service to infringe rights or distribute harmful material.
4. Purchases and digital content
Prices, taxes, currency, entitlements, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Digital goods are licensed, not sold as ownership of underlying intellectual property. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and may be supplemented by mandatory consumer law.
5. User content
If community features allow uploads, you retain ownership of your content while granting the rights needed to host, display, moderate, and distribute it within the service. You must have the rights to anything you submit.
6. Enforcement and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, chargeback abuse, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, warnings or appeal channels may be offered.
7. Service changes
Online features may evolve, be patched, or be retired. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice for material service changes when practical.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided with the warranties required by law and otherwise on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses may be limited.
9. Governing rules
Mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights in your place of residence remain unaffected. Any additional governing-law or arbitration clause should be inserted only after review for the operating entity and markets served.
